Our Company IS a land-based recruitment agency which was established by men with successful track records in business management and licensed on November 9, 1993. Today, the company employs 26 full-time personnel trained in the field of human resource development and operates from a modern, well equipped office in Paranaque City, Manila. From the time of its organization, the company has been active in the manpower industry with its focus on the deployment of skilled, semi-skilled and household workers to Taiwan. To date, it handles the manpower requirements of at least 350 principals and employers in Taiwan. Since its establishment, Fil-Sino Manpower Services Incorporated has deployed seventy thousand (70,000) workers or an average of more than two thousand five hundred (2,500) workers annually. Fil-Sino Manpower Services Incorporated continues to maintain its position as one of the Top 4 agencies deploying workers to Taiwan. Our Mission Fil-Sino Manpower Services Incorporated

and to fully satisfy the requirements of principals for properly  selected, highly competent, and hardworking workers at
the quickest possible time. We will build a corporate  structure where all our personnel will harness
and develop their skills towards attaining a common goal . . . Excellence!  Our Vision We envision continued growth and expansion towards greater heights. We shall seek to explore, discover and develop new markets that would benefit from the quality of our service.  We shall strive to further gain a bigger share in our existing markets through the implementation of cost effective strategies and  techniques.
We shall continue to improve on the quality of service that we provide to ensure that all the customers we serve shall be satisfied.
We shall continue to adopt and implement policies and procedures that will guarantee that goals are reachable and success is attainable in our line of business.
