簡介

Client Relationship Management:

  1. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring effective communication, issue resolution, and proactive support.
  2. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored financial solutions.

Issue Resolution:

  1. Handle and resolve client inquiries, concerns, or issues related to financial accounts, ensuring accurate and timely responses.
  2. Work with internal teams to resolve any complex financial issues in a professional and efficient manner.

Client Account Maintenance:

  1. Support the maintenance and management of client accounts, ensuring that all transactions are processed accurately.
  2. Ensure proper documentation and compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

Reporting & Documentation:

  1. Provide regular updates and detailed reports to senior management on client interactions, account status, and any areas of concern.
  2. Keep thorough records of client communications and account activity.

Collaboration: Work closely with other teams (e.g., financial advisors, back-office operations) to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

Training & Mentorship: Mentor and guide junior team members, sharing best practices for handling client interactions and resolving financial-related inquiries.

職位要求

  • High School/SHS Graduate
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in financial services or wealth asset management within a BPO setting
  • Strong communication and client-handling skills
  • Willing to work onsite in Taguig
  • Can start ASAP
