The Rooms Division Manager (RDM) oversees all areas of the hotel’s Rooms Division, ensuring excellent guest service, operational efficiency, and maximum room revenue. This role leads a team of department heads across Front Office, Housekeeping, Reservations, Yield Management, Concierge, and Transport. The RDM is responsible for maintaining service standards, improving productivity, and executing strategic plans in alignment with hotel goals.

• Proven experience in hotel operations management
• Strong understanding of front office, housekeeping, reservations, and concierge operations
• Background in revenue and yield management principles
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
• Knowledge of safety, compliance, and guest service protocols
• Strong leadership presence and guest-centric mindset
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed
