Platform Product Operations Lead
Responsibilities:
- Process Optimization: Drive and refine platform operations workflows to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.
- Product Feature Enhancement: Lead the team in collaboration with the product department to improve platform-related features—both user-facing front-end and company-facing back-end—boosting user experience and employee productivity.
- Data Analysis: Establish a data framework for platform operations, iterating growth strategies through data analysis and coordinating with various departments to improve operational performance.
- Emergency Support: Provide on-call backup for urgent requests at any time, including nights and holidays.
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of platform product operations experience and a minimum of 1 year of team management experience at a reputable Web3 company.
- Detail-oriented and highly responsible (mandatory), with the ability to provide on-call backup for urgent needs.
- Proficient in both Chinese and English as working languages.
