Description

  • Mowing lawns, trimming hedges, and edging walkways.
  • Weeding and mulching landscape beds.
  • Planting and maintaining flowers, shrubs, and trees.
  • Removing debris, litter, and fallen leaves.
  • Watering plants and lawns.
  • Applying fertilizers, herbicides, and pesticides (under supervision and following safety protocols).
  • Cleaning sidewalks, patios, and other outdoor surfaces.
  • Maintaining outdoor furniture and fixtures.
  • Removing snow and ice (if applicable).

Requirements

  • Physical stamina and ability to perform physically demanding tasks.
  • Knowledge of basic landscaping and grounds maintenance techniques.
  • Ability to operate and maintain tools and equipment.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Reliability and dependability.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
  • Basic knowledge of safety procedures and regulations.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
