簡介

  • Administrative:
  • Maintain office cleanliness and manage meeting room schedules
  • Order and manage office supplies, stationery, and pantry items
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers (cleaning, repair, courier, etc.)
  • Assist with logistics for company events, meetings, and travel arrangements
  • Maintain filing systems and organize company documents
  • Doing monthly payment request
  • HR:
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes (e.g., document collection, coordination, orientation scheduling)
  • Maintain employee records and update HR databases
  • Support employee engagement and wellness activities


職位要求

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience in an HR Administrative role. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, excellent communication skills, and strong organizational abilities.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment, standard working hours, collaborative team setting. Willing to work onsite in BGC, Taguig.
  • Qualities and Traits: Attention to detail, proactive, and ability to handle multiple tasks.
