We are urgently hiring 10 Customer Service Representatives to join our team for an outbound survey campaign supporting a UK Postal Service. In this role, you’ll be reaching out to customers to gather feedback through structured surveys—no selling involved!

• Make outbound survey calls to UK-based customers.
• Record and input responses accurately and efficiently.

Job Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of BPO or call center experience (outbound preferred).
• Strong English communication skills
• Comfortable working on a night shift aligned with UK hours.
• Can start immediately (within 1–2 days).
• Amenable to work onsite in Ortigas, Pasig.
