Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer inquiries efficiently and courteously
• Provide accurate information regarding pet insurance policies and claims
• Update and maintain customer records in the system
• Ensure issues are resolved within company guidelines and timelines
• Deliver high-quality service that reflects the company’s values and standards

Requirements:

• College Graduate – No BPO experience required
• High School / SHS Graduate – With at least 6 months of BPO experience
• Must have an active Viber number
• Must reside within Mandaluyong, Pasig, Taguig, Pateros, Makati, San Juan, Pasay, Quezon City, Cainta or Taytay.
• Amenable to work on-site at Ortigas, Pasig
