職位描述

  • Handle inbound and/or outbound calls, emails, or chat messages in a professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, billing, or policies.
  • Resolve customer concerns and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
  • Maintain customer records by updating account information in the system.
  • Meet performance metrics such as quality, productivity, attendance, and customer satisfaction.
  • Follow company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on products, services, and system updates.
  • Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude toward customers and colleagues.


Job Requirements:

  • At least High School Graduate / Senior High Graduate / College Level.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
  • With or without BPO experience (experience is an advantage).
  • Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
  • Amenable to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
