Operations Analyst

As an Operations Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting end-to-end logistics operations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance across shipment processing, coordination, and documentation.

What you’ll be working on:

• Registering import consoles and shipments in the Logistics Platform
• Processing agent debit notes within the Logistics Platform
• Entering Shipping Line, Forwarder, and Co-loader invoices accurately into the system
• Following up with carriers and co-loaders until delivery orders are received
• Sending shipment manifests via the Logistics Platform and email for co-load LCL shipments
• Complying with customs-related requirements and documentation
• Coordinating transport of goods to clients
• Ensuring shipping and related rates are accurately captured in Expedient
• Supporting Accounts Payable by processing invoices and ensuring timely settlement

What we’re looking for:

• Open to fresh graduates (Background in Customs Administration, Operations, and/or Freight Forwarding is preferred)
• Experience using Expedient is an advantage
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, with intermediate skills in Word and Excel
• Understanding of Incoterms and basic shipping documents
• Strong accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a high-performing team
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
