Descripción

  • The Sales Promoter will serve as the company's front line in promoting the brand in the retail store.
  • Create sales strategies and use sales techniques to ensure that the monthly sales quota of the store has been met, and aligned with the goals.
  • Check daily inventory, ensuring that the stocks are in good condition at all times, maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of items both on display and on buffer stocks.
  1. FIFO (First-in, First-out)
  2. Conduct and submit month-end actual inventory
  3. Check variances versus actual inventory.
  4. Submission of monthly sell-out summary, warranty cards with complete details of the customer, and ending inventory with correct serial numbers.
  5. Report stocks with damaged boxes, scratches, and dents.
  • Provide excellent customer service by ensuring thorough product knowledge and providing technical assistance to the customer as needed.
  • Explain to the customers in detail the warranties and replacement parts.
  • Ensure that all customer queries are well handled.
  • Maintain rapport with the store managers and other store personnel.
  • Review product portfolio as needed to ensure that all questions about the product will be well handled.
  • Attend all the office day product training and selling skills training conducted by the company
  • Monitor daily competitors and activities and know how to sell the products.
  • Report units for customer repair.
  • Coordinate with the clients on approved repairs when the warranty has expired.
  • Monitor regularly the repairs submitted to and done by the after-sales service.
  • With good communication and demo skills.
  • Knowledge about the products.
  • Ability to work overtime during regular days and holidays when required. 

Requisito

  1. Required experience in Appliances
  2. Must be physically fit to work and can lift heavy appliances
  3. Must be good in customer service and sales driven
