AS AN OT SECURITY ENGINEER, YOU WILL:

• Implement and maintain the OT Security Program, participating in strategy, delivering project initiatives, and ensuring alignment with organizational security objectives.
• Collaborate with global Operational Technology and Manufacturing teams, assisting in the proper development, design, and implementation of secure systems, applications, and networks.
• Partner closely with cross-functional IT and OT teams to implement robust security controls, ensuring configurations align with best practices and industry standards.
• Implement and operate security controls including standardized technologies, solutions, and processes to further protect manufacturing from relevant cyber threats.
• Participate in the implementation of firewalls, segmentation, and other security solutions.
• Partner with internal resources to execute risk and other security assessments to help identify potential gaps or weaknesses.

Required Education, Experience & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical work experience, plus eight (8) years relevant experience
• Demonstrated expertise in cybersecurity principles, best practices, and industry frameworks (e.g., NIST, IEC 62443), with a particular focus on securing operational technology in manufacturing environments.
• Experience working with Operational Technology and Manufacturing systems.
• Strong knowledge of networking, system administration, and architecture.
• Outstanding communication skills - written, verbal, and presentation
• Strong technical engineering skills with an ability to work with multiple deliverables simultaneously

Preferred Education, Experience & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical work experience, plus 8-10 years of experience
• Familiar with cyber-risk assessments
• Experience deploying large-scale, global projects and programs
• Professional certifications like CISSP, GICSP, GCIP
