Description
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Provide exceptional support via phone, email, and chat while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Document customer interactions and feedback to improve service quality.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.
Requirements
- At least High School Graduate
- 1-year BPO experience in Sales required
- B2 CEFR | Excellent communication skills both written & verbal
- Shifting schedule/Weekends/Holidays/OT required
- Must be able to type at least 30 WPM
