  • As a Customer Service Representative you will play a vital role in:
  • Addressing complaints, processing returns, and handling other customer concerns. 
  • Assisting customers with technical problems related to products or services. 
  • Keeping track of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions. 
  • Identifying opportunities to suggest additional products or services to customers. 
  • Establishing rapport with customers and building positive customer relationships. 

Requirements

  • At least High School Graduate or SHS Graduate
  • Has strong verbal and written communication and comprehension skills
  • Experience on the phone, email, and live chat support
  • Google Suite knowledge preferred
