Descripción
- Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with transactions.
- Process cash, credit, and check payments accurately.
- Maintain a balanced cash drawer and report discrepancies.
- Handle returns and exchanges according to store policy.
- Keep the checkout area clean and organized.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking as needed.
- Process transactions, handle payments, and assist customers with inquiries.
Requisito
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in customer support and billing procedures.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced retail environment with flexible hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a friendly demeanor.
