This position focuses on direct communication with potential clients in Indonesia, introducing our services, and guiding them to feel comfortable and understand the collaboration process well. You will be at the forefront of building positive relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospects or clients in Indonesia
• Introduce and explain services clearly and understandably
• Continue communication through chat or email
• Guide clients through the onboarding process and beyond
• Report progress and work updates daily

• Basic proficiency in English
• Confident and comfortable speaking with clients over the phone (local Indonesian clients)
• Communicative, friendly, clear, and professional in interactions
• Previous experience in cold calling, sales, or customer support is a plus
• Stable internet connection and a quiet working environment
