- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
- Conduct monthly reconciliations and financial reporting
- Assist with payroll processing and tax compliance
- Support audit preparation and compliance tasks
- Maintain accurate financial records and databases
- Collaborate with team members to improve accounting practices
Requirements
- Job Title: Accounting Specialist
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in accounting roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Accounts Payable and Receivable, Billing, QuickBooks, and Bookkeeping.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Manage financial transactions, prepare invoices, and maintain accurate financial records.
