We’re an Australian food manufacturer supplying quick-service restaurants and takeaway outlets.

Our products are already well established in the market, and we’re now expanding our client base across Sydney and New South Wales.

Your Role

Your goal is simple — introduce our product, offer free sample drops, record results accurately, and close new potential customers by handling objections professionally.

We provide full training, scripts, and tracking tools.

What You’ll Do

• Make 120–150 outbound calls per day (≈ 600–750 per week).

• Offer free samples to takeaway and restaurant owners.

• Record each call result: No Answer / Interested / Sample Yes / Follow-Up.

• Coordinate with the Sydney delivery team for sample drops.

• Follow up 2–3 days after samples to check feedback or confirm first order.

Requirements

• Strong spoken English and confident, friendly phone manner.

• Reliable internet, headset, and quiet workspace.

• Organised and accurate with call logs (Google Sheets or CRM).

• Outbound calling or appointment-setting experience preferred.

Schedule & Pay

• Full-time: Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM (AEDT).

• Base Pay: AUD $1 000 / month (≈ ₱39 000 – ₱40 000).

• Bonuses: AUD $10 per new shop closed.

• Probation: 3 months — base pay and bonuses reviewed and increased based on consistent performance.

• Pay Schedule: Monthly (steady, long-term position).

Start Date

Early January 2026 – secure your job before the holidays!

Light remote onboarding or script training may occur in late December (optional).
