Descripción
- Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming environment.
- Take orders and relay them to the kitchen efficiently.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately.
- Handle payments and maintain cash register accuracy.
- Assist with setting up and clearing tables.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
Requisito
- Educational Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of waitering experience in a quick service restaurant.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication, customer-service skills, and a friendly demeanor.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Take and serve food and beverage orders, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain a clean dining area.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, standing for long periods, and may require evening or weekend shifts.
- Qualities and Traits: Reliable, team-oriented, and able to handle pressure effectively.
