Team Operations Coordinator

Tenext.ai | Makati HQ (Hybrid)

At Tenext, we’re building the future of AI-driven customer experiences — and that takes more than just engineers. We’re looking for a sharp, dependable Team Operations Coordinator to keep our growing team running at full speed.

You’ll work directly with the CEO and support the entire org — from scheduling and reimbursements to onboarding, vendor coordination, and making sure internal tools, docs, and logistics stay in sync. You’ll be the force that keeps the wheels turning, without needing to be told twice.

This is a high-trust, high-impact role — perfect for someone who wants a front-row seat to how startups are built and scaled.

What you’ll do
  • Manage the CEO’s calendar and coordinate scheduling across internal, client, and investor meetings
  • Handle reimbursements, expense tracking, and basic finance coordination
  • Support developers and staff with procurement, delivery coordination, and day-to-day admin
  • Own onboarding logistics: laptop setup, tool access, account creation, and welcome materials
  • Maintain internal tools (Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, Zoom, etc.) and keep things organized
  • Prepare meeting agendas, take notes, and follow up on next steps across departments
  • Coordinate with vendors, couriers, and service providers (from office internet to food for sprints)
  • Keep Notion and shared folders clean and updated — no clutter, no chaos
  • Support with event logistics — team lunches, offsites, birthdays, hackathons
  • Take on light research, task tracking, and special projects that don’t require a specialist
  • Be the go-to person for making things happen across the team
What we’re looking for
  • A college graduate — any course, as long as you’re organized and get things done
  • Strong communicator, comfortable supporting both leadership and technical teams
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Proactive, dependable, and excited to take ownership of ambiguous tasks
  • Comfortable with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Gmail)
  • Bonus: experience running operations in school orgs, internships, or part-time work

  • Monthly base of ₱35,000–₱50,000 depending on experience
