About the Role

We’re looking for a Social Media Specialist to join our growing team! This is an exciting opportunity for someone who’s organized, proactive, and has a strong grasp of social media platforms and basic content strategy. Whether you're just starting out or have a few years of experience under your belt, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing

✅ Upload and manage content on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube

✅ Monitor social channels for messages, comments, and engagement

✅ Assist with organizing schedules and coordinating posts across multiple accounts

✅ Upload press releases and stay on top of brand-related news

✅ Create basic YouTube thumbnails and manage video uploads

✅ Support general admin tasks as needed

✅ Collaborate with the multimedia specialist

✅ Assist with content writing

✅ Report on campaign performance and support workflow processes

Preferred Skills & Experience

? Beginner to intermediate experience is welcome

? Experience with uploading and managing YouTube and social channels

? Organizational, reporting, and workflow creation skills are a BIG plus

? Familiarity with paid ads (especially TikTok and YouTube) is a bonus

? Basic SEO knowledge from a social media perspective

? Experience with content ads and scheduling tools is a plus
