• Content Scheduling: Plan and schedule daily, weekly, and monthly posts across various social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok).
• Scripting & Copywriting: Write engaging captions for social media platforms that align with the brand voice and tone
• Content Creation: Work closely with designers in creating visually appealing and on-brand graphics, videos, and images for social media posts
• Social Media Monitoring: Monitor social media channels for trends, comments, and messages, and assist with audience engagement when needed.
• Collaboration & Support: Collaborate with team members to brainstorm new content ideas, promotional initiatives, and campaign strategies.
  
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).
• 1-2 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or a similar role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create clear, compelling copy.
• Basic design skills and proficiency with social media content creation tools (e.g., Canva, etc.).
• Knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• A creative mindset with attention to detail and a passion for social media.
• Willing to report to Tunasan, Muntinlupa OR San Juan, Muntinlupa 3x a week
