Descripción

  • Takes care of the live cattle at the holding pen.
  • Cleans the holding pen daily.
  • Drives the cattle to the stunning area.
  • Weigh the cattle before slaughtering.
  • Prepare the hooks, knife, and steel at the slaughtering area.
  • Records the ear tag and age of the beef.
  • Brings the head, feet, tail, and skin to the entrails room for inspection and processing
  • Cleans the carcass, checks for quality, and records the weight.
  • Monitors the work of APDC butchers to ensure that it is within the standards.
  • Prepares the required forms/reports, such as a summary report, PVC, Hides form, etc.
  • Ensures that the proper/required temperature is maintained at the reefer van.
  • Record the meat temperature of the beef carcasses, label it, and puts the NMIS mark.
  • Bring the carcass to the dispatching area.
  • Ensures that the cleanliness of the reefer van is maintained at all times.
  • Maintains the cleanliness and orderliness of the surroundings of the reefer van.
  • Report to superiors if there is a problem regarding the good operating condition of the reefer van.
  • Upon withdrawal of the beef carcass the delivery staff, weighs it, issues the NMIS permit, signs the logbook, and issues the gate pass.
  • Sends reports to Head Office through the pouch.
  • Performs errands as instructed by the Supervisor and other superiors.

Requisito

  • Willing mag stay-in sa Valenzuela City (NCR)
  • NCR Rate (645/day)
  • Meron free staff house
  • Pwede ma regular sa trabaho
  • Educational Qualifications: Must possess at least a High School/Senior High School diploma.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in a butchery or related field.
  • Skills and Competencies: Flexible and adaptable; willing to work and stay in a demanding environment.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Cut, trim, and prepare meats; maintain cleanliness and safety in the workspace.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment requiring physical stamina and attention to detail.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong work ethic, reliable, and attentive to customer needs.
