Job Brief


We are looking for an Account Manager to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. The Account Manager’s role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing clients, and actively seek new sales opportunities. You will serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters, ensuring that our IT solutions, product and services meet clients' needs and help drive business growth.


Key Responsibilities:

· Serve as the Lead Point of Contact: Serve as the main point of contact for all customer account management matters, ensuring clients have a satisfactory experience and resolving any concerns promptly.

· Build and Maintain Strong Relationships: Develop and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients, becoming a trusted advisor.

· Negotiate and Close Agreements: Negotiate contracts and close deals to maximize profits while aligning with client goals.

· Develop Trusted Advisor Relationships: Build strong relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors, establishing trust in your expertise.

· Ensure Successful Delivery: Oversee the timely and successful delivery of IT solutions according to customer needs and objectives. Ensure that delivery is completed within the agreed timeline, meeting the expectations of the end user.

· Business Development: Develop new business opportunities with existing clients, identifying areas of improvement and driving sales quotas.

· Meet Sales Quotas: Achieve or exceed sales targets and quotas set by the management team, ensuring that business goals are consistently met.

· Forecast and Track Metrics: Track and forecast key account metrics, including quarterly sales results and annual forecasts.

· Prepare Pipeline Reports: Regularly prepare and present detailed pipeline reports, highlighting the current status of accounts, potential opportunities, and projected revenue. Ensure accurate tracking of sales stages, from prospecting to closing.

· Collaborate with Sales Team: Work closely with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within your territory.

· Assist Accounting with Accounts Receivable: Work closely with the Accounting team to ensure the timely collection of payments. Assist in resolving any billing issues and discrepancies, ensuring that accounts receivable is up-to-date and that customers comply with payment terms.

· Address Client Issues: Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.

· Perform Other Tasks as Assigned: Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the management team to support business needs and organizational goals.
