Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Support position located in Chino Roces Ext. Makati. The Sales Support role involves assisting the sales team with administrative tasks, managing customer inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, processing orders, and maintaining sales records. The role also includes supporting sales operations and helping to streamline processes to maximize efficiency.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
• Excellent Communication skills and ability to interact effectively with clients and team members
• Proficiency in Sales Operations
• Strong Analytical Skills
• Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Experience in the beverage industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
