Descripción

Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, social media, and related channels.
Initiate contact with potential clients to promote products and prepare relevant marketing materials.
Respond to product inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Recommend appropriate products and services based on customer needs and preferences.
Process customer orders and coordinate with the relevant department to ensure fulfillment.
Maintain detailed call records and document client feedback accurately.
Safeguard confidential contact and financial information.
Negotiate and finalize sales agreements with clients.
Address customer complaints and objections in a professional and effective manner.
Consistently meet or exceed established sales targets.

Requisito

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a sales and marketing role, ideally within the technology or IT services industry specifically in POS
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and capitalise on market opportunities
Proficient in using sales and marketing tools and technologies
Enthusiasm for staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
