Descripción

The Sales Account Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets for CELEASCO’s range of products. This role involves understanding client requirements in the electrical, industrial, and power industries and offering appropriate product solutions from our extensive portfolio.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new sales leads and business opportunities within target industries such as construction, utilities, industrial, and commercial sectors.
  • Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients, ensuring continuous support and satisfaction.
  • Present, promote, and sell CELEASCO’s comprehensive product line including electrical equipment, power distribution products, lighting systems, control devices, wiring accessories, and industrial materials.
  • Conduct client visits, site inspections, and technical consultations to assess client needs and propose appropriate solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver quotations, proposals, and product specifications aligned with client requirements and project needs.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals in accordance with company pricing strategies and policies.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets, contributing to the overall business objectives.
  • Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and new product developments within the electrical and industrial supply industry.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for order processing, logistics, and after-sales service to ensure client satisfaction.

Requisito

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role (1-3+ years with work experience in Real Estate, Electronics & Construction company)
  • Strong understanding of sales techniques and customer relationship management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Goal-oriented with a passion for sales and business development
