Descripción

The Recruitment Specialist is responsible for identifying, attracting, and selecting qualified candidates for various manpower and janitorial positions. This role ensures a smooth hiring process, maintains a talent pipeline, and collaborates with department heads to fulfill workforce requirements efficiently.


  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies tailored to manpower and janitorial services.
  • Source candidates through job postings, referrals, recruitment events, and online platforms.
  • Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to assess qualifications and alignment with job requirements.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure timely fulfillment of vacancies.
  • Facilitate pre-employment assessments, background checks, and document verification.
  • Maintain a database of potential candidates to support rapid hiring needs.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and industry regulations.
  • Develop partnerships with training institutions and job fairs to expand recruitment outreach.
  • Provide insights into labor market trends and recommend improvements to the recruitment process.
  • Assist in onboarding new hires, ensuring a seamless transition into their roles.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, strengthen employee relations, and develop talent management strategies.

Requisito

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience Level: 3-5 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in recruiting, communication, employee relations, talent management, written communication, and process management.
  • Working Conditions: Typically office-based with potential remote work options; may require travel for interviews.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong interpersonal skills, adaptability, detail-oriented, and a passion for talent acquisition.
