About the Role:

We’re hiring someone to help with real estate sales and marketing. You’ll assist with inquiries, schedule viewings, update property info, and support our online campaigns.

What You’ll Do:

• Answer messages and calls from buyers, sellers, and brokers
• Match clients with the right properties or agents
• Set appointments for viewings and meetings
• Keep property and client info updated
• Work with the sales team to close deals
• Follow up with interested leads
• Help with email, SMS, Viber, and online marketing

• College graduate or at least 2 years in college (any course)
• With or without real estate experience (training will be provided)
• Good communication skills (spoken and written)

• Organized and can handle follow-ups and schedules
• Basic knowledge of Facebook, Viber, or email marketing is a plus
• Willing to work on-site in Makati
• Can start ASAP is a big advantage
