Position Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Property Sales Agent to specialize in the sale, leasing, and acquisition of residential condo units. The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients to help them find the perfect property.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Leasing: Assist clients in purchasing or leasing residential condo units by providing expert advice, showcasing properties, and guiding them through the process.
  • Acquisitions: Identify and acquire condo units on behalf of clients, including conducting market research and negotiating with property owners or developers.
  • Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and offering personalized solutions.
  • Marketing & Listings: Create and manage listings for available condo units, including online platforms and in-house materials, to attract prospective buyers or tenants.
  • Market Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on market trends, property values, and neighborhood developments to provide clients with accurate and informed recommendations.
  • Negotiations: Handle negotiations between buyers, sellers, and/or tenants to ensure the best possible deals for clients.
  • Transaction Management: Oversee the process from initial inquiry to closing, ensuring all legal and financial requirements are met.

Requisito

  • Previous experience in real estate sales or leasing (residential condos preferred).
  • Strong communication, sales, and negotiation skills.
  • Deep knowledge of the residential condo market, including pricing trends and competitive offerings.
  • Ability to build strong client relationships and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Real estate license (where applicable) is required.
