Our team collects, analyze, organize and interprets data into information, building data-driven facts for the company, clients and vendors. Operations Specialist is the one who is responsible in managing operation daily activities and assess business processes which were done in an organized manner of collecting data, verifications and validations, operation analysis, classifying accounts, and recording procedures to ensure that reports are produced with accuracy and dependability in consideration of work efficiency, timeliness, and confidentiality.


As a growing team, we are in search of critical thinkers with strong analytical and good communication skills to accurately assimilate and effectively disseminate information within the organization, business partners and clients. To continuously improve the quality and efficiency of our data system, thus maintaining data integrity.


Key Responsibilities:

  • System monitoring and mapping. Serves as the first level of client and system support, responsible for system monitoring, pre-crisis management and to ensure a more comprehensive, proficient and expedited recovery, system productivity and efficiency. Making sure the system is running smoothly as expected.
  • Manage and maintain data in the database library which includes creating, maintaining accurate and updated files and data entries.
  • Communicates by responding promptly to inquiries and collaborates with other respective department personnel, clients and vendors through various channels to identify and assess problems, and offer a proper solution.
  • Monitors inquiries and handling emails for incoming concerns from internal and external parties and process it correctly based on operational procedures and ensure compliance with business policies and method.
  • Regular data gathering, analyzing, interpreting accurate generation of reports including review of operation daily or weekly data and store accurate information from various source and maintaining the database/data system.
  • Document and generate reports pertaining day to day system production performance and issues encountered.
  • Evaluate system and system tools used, and identify improvements that will help to promote work productivity and efficiency.
  • Provide assistance in the training process of new operations team members.
  • Proactively work to eliminate, resolve discrepancies and the ability to interpret and detect nonstandard activities.
  • Prepares a weekly and monthly operations reports to superior and assisting the team to achieve daily operational needs, goals and perform related task needed by the business.

Requisito

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Management Studies/Administration/Accountancy/Finance/Banking or equivalent.
  • BS Mathematics is an advantage but not necessary.
  • At least a minimum of 1-2 years’ work experience in the related field.
  • Computer Proficient with experience using Microsoft-platform applications.
  • Effective in verbal and written communication skills.
  • Can work on Night Shift and /or Shifting, Rotational Schedule and/or during Holidays.


Our office is located in Eastwood City, Quezon City. The recruitment process will be done remotely via phone and video conferencing.
