- Oversee daily branch operations to ensure efficiency and compliance.
- Manage staff performance, providing training and support as needed.
- Implement policies and procedures to enhance customer service.
- Monitor financial transactions and resolve discrepancies.
- Collaborate with management to achieve branch goals and targets.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal controls.
Requisito
- Job Title: Branch Operations Officer
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years in operations management or related field.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong interpersonal and people management skills, excellent written and verbal communication.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee daily operations, manage staff, ensure compliance, and enhance customer service.
