Job Description:

As a Lead Front-End Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the user interface of our web applications. You will play a crucial role in organizing and leading our future front-end team. Additionally, you will be responsible for page design to ensure a seamless and engaging user experience. You will work closely with our back-end developers.

Responsibilities:

• Page design and implement UI/UX solutions.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
• Develop and implement responsive web designs using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Lead and mentor the front-end team.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in front-end development.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Front-End Engineer or similar role.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
• Strong knowledge and experience in design principles and practices.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with back-end development and integration.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Knowledge of web performance optimization techniques.
• Japanese language.
