What is the Admin, Duty Supervisor role here in 1Avaition?
Assist the Customer Service Manager/Ramp Services Manager in managing and monitoring operational
performance of the Department
What You Will Do
Ensure that 1Aviation’s Mission, Vision and Values are achieved.
Promote and ensure compliance of all personnel with quality, safety, security and customer service standards based on regulatory requirements, government laws, acceptable industry standards and company policies and standards.
Oversee daily administrative tasks, including document preparation, record-keeping, and correspondence.
Collaborate with HR and other departments to resolve cross-functional challenges
Assist in making travel arrangements for department members, including booking flights, hotels, and coordinating itineraries
Generate reports and summaries as needed, presenting information in a clear and organized manner
Address and resolve administrative issues and challenges in a timely and effective manner.
Ensure the station’s manpower, funds and equipment is sufficient to support daily operations.
Conducts investigations during any irregularities and operational incidents/accidents and prepares reports for the Management.
Conducts daily briefings/de-briefings and assists the Station Head/Duty Manager in cascading Station Notices and Memos for all personnel. Conducts corrective and preventive actions of encountered events where applicable.
Ensure company policies and procedures are implemented.
Ensures that shift requirements in terms of resources, facilities and supplies are sufficient and equipment is operational. Any inoperative facilities are reported and monitored if acted upon by the proper department.
Prepares and submits required reports to the Customer Service Manager/Ramp Services Manager
Provides corrective and preventive actions to discrepancies and delays charged to his assigned areas.
Attend and provide operational enhancements during meetings.
Identifies safety hazards and takes action to eliminate any safety issues or unsafe practices.
Performs specific functions that may be assigned by the immediate superior.
Responds to INTELEX, Notice of Violation, CAPAR, Non-Conformance and Non-Compliance reports per areas and closely coordinate with Duty Manager for next steps
An Ideal Candidate for the role should possess the following:
College Graduate
At least 3 years of Experience in Ground Handling Operations
At least 1 year of supervisory experience
Excellent Leadership and quick decision-making skills
