Descripción
- Guides more junior members in crafting and disseminating information to prevent unclear information and confusion,
- Defines semi-annual plan and budget to support section, department & company initiatives and goals,
- Supervises and ensures that subordinates' targets are set, monitored, and evaluated timely and objectively,
- Summarizes and analyzes human capital data as they relate to business metrics,
- Supervises, maintains, reviews and enhances HRIS and connected systems,
- Creates and conducts training on HRIS/DMA matters based on established procedures.
Requisito
- Graduate of any 4-year course,
- With 2 years related experience or 5 years in other areas of HR,
- With strong knowledge of Business Acumen and employment laws in the Philippines,
- Must have Leadership Competency skills (Decision Making, Engagement & People Management).
