- We are seeking a motivated and professional Tele calling to join our team for Infinity India Travel Club Private Limited in Bangalore at our Dodda Banaswadi location.
- This role involves handling calls, providing exceptional customer support, and addressing queries and concerns. The role offers ₹13 - ₹25,000 and a dynamic environment with opportunities for growth.
Requisito
- Actively reach out to potential customers and present the benefits of Infinity Travel Club membership.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Understand customer needs and tailor membership offerings to match their travel preferences.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance goals.
- Follow up with leads and inquiries to convert potential clients into members.
- Stay updated on travel trends, promotions, and exclusive member benefits to provide accurate information.
- Work closely with the sales team and management to develop strategies for maximizing sales conversions.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
