Receive calls from customers and answer questions, as well as question participants to obtain full understanding of what information is being requested.
Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Creates cases for employee inquiries and questions outside scope.
Educate callers on client processes whenever necessary.
Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
Provide quality customer service on every call.
Communicate clearly and effectively with participants
Meet and exceed performance standards set by the account
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Performs other duties assigned.

1 Year of BPO experience
Government Mandatory Documents
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree/College Level, any field.
Required skill(s): Customer Service, Customer Care.
At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Applicant must be willing to work in Eastwood City
