This is a full-time on-site role for a Creative Director located in Metro Manila. The Creative Director will be responsible for leading the creative strategy and vision for Bearcat Travel and Lifestyle. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing and directing branding initiatives, art direction, and graphic design projects. The Creative Director will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and innovative visual concepts. Additionally, they will mentor and guide the creative team to maintain high-quality standards and foster a culture of creativity and innovation.

• Proven skills in Creative Direction and Creative Strategy
• Experience in Branding and Art Direction
• Competence in Graphic Design
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills
• Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Design, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the travel and lifestyle industry is a plus
