Job Purpose:

Mainly collecting outstanding overdue and non-overdue payments from clients handled by the company and to support the Credit and Collection Department to achieve their goals.

Duties and Responsibilities:

A. Collection Operation

• You will be responsible for resolving overdue bills and collecting payments from the clients who availed in-house financing.
• Adhering to financial laws on the regulation of debt collection. Contact and communicate effectively with debtors by phone to negotiate and implement debt recovery plans.
• Actual visitation to non-overdue and overdue clients

B. Operation Enhancement

• Identifying delinquent accounts requiring external collection efforts
• Analyzing and assessing the creditworthiness of the account/client

C. Reportorial Obligation

• Document daily, weekly & monthly collections activity
• Document daily, weekly & monthly collections activity

Role Requirements:

• With Bachelor's Degree of any business related course
• Minimum of 1-2 year collection experience - background in Heavy equipment Industry is an advantage
• Experienced in using MS Office - Word, Excel and Powerpoint
• with own vehicle and Valid Driver's License
• Willing to do client visitation
