  • Oversee and manage the daily administrative operations. Supervise and support administrative staff, ensuring high performance and productivity.
  • Coordinate office activities and services to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
  • Maintain office supplies and inventory, ensuring timely procurement.
  • Manage office budgets and expenses.
  • Ensure the maintenance and proper functioning of office equipment and facilities.
  • Handle correspondence, documentation, and filing processes.
  • Arrange meetings, conferences, and events as needed.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

Requisito

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in administrative roles, with supervisory experience.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
  • Ability to handle confidential information and maintain a high level of discretion.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
