- Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Prepare and review financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and other financial reports.
- Manage and supervise accounting staff, providing training, mentoring, and performance evaluations.
- Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Coordinate and manage external audits, tax filings, and regulatory reporting requirements.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial data and reporting.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions.
Requisito
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and internal controls.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
