International Cold Caller / Appointment Setter (Wedding Video Agency)

About Us

The Wedding Cut is a premium wedding post-production agency serving international clients across the US, UK, Australia, and Canada. We specialize in cinematic wedding video editing, helping wedding videographers and studios outsource their post-production so they can focus on shooting. We're expanding our client acquisition team and looking for a skilled cold caller to help us connect with international wedding videographers.

Responsibilities

- Make outbound cold calls to wedding videographers/cinematographers and studios in the US, UK, Australia, and Canada using our provided contact lists and call scripts

- Introduce The Wedding Cut's post-production services and gauge interest in outsourcing editing work

- Qualify leads and book appointments/discovery calls for our team to close

- Log call outcomes, notes, and lead status in our CRM/tracking sheet accurately

- Follow up with warm leads via call, email, or WhatsApp

- Meet weekly call volume and qualified-appointment targets

Job Requirements

- Fluent, clear spoken English with neutral/US-friendly accent

- 1+ year of cold calling, telemarketing, or appointment setting experience (wedding/creative/agency industry experience is a plus)

- Comfortable working US/UK/Australia time zone shifts

- Reliable internet connection and a quiet home calling environment

- Familiar with basic CRM/call tracking tools, or willing to learn (training provided)

- Self-motivated, resilient with rejection, and target-driven
