账号策略与内容运营（核心）
规划账号的内容节奏：冷启动期、增长期、活动期分别打什么牌
持续输出符合品牌人格的内容：长内容（Medium / 深度文章）和短内容（快讯 / 公告）都要能写
增长与社媒活动
策划并落地联合社媒活动（KOL 联动、跨项目合作、giveaway 等），把声量和数据做起来
懂得怎么"造势"：在关键节点制造话题和热度
数据驱动优化
盯账号数据，知道什么内容有效、什么没效，快速调整策略
BD 与合作对接
对接 KOL、媒体、合作方，推进联合宣发落地
岗位要求：
2 年以上 Crypto 行业运营经验，熟悉 Twitter/X 生态，有真实的账号操盘经历
中英文俱佳，文案和表达能打
对热点和趋势敏感，以增长为导向，不是完成任务式发帖
会用 AI 提效，对 AI 感兴趣，日常工作能用 AI 辅助内容生产、数据分析、灵感发散
独立能扛事，沟通顺畅，执行力强

自带行业资源或 KOL/媒体合作渠道
