岗位职责
须有泛站经验
1、负责泛站的搭建与优化，包括域名资源规划、泛解析配置、模板设计、批量建站与分组管理。
2、负责海量长尾词的挖掘与页面级布局，提升收录量、关键词排名与自然流量。
3、执行站内优化、结构优化与外链建设，搭建采集与内容处理规则，控制重复度与低质风险。
4、优化收录效率，通过蜘蛛引导、批量提交、外推等手段提升收录率与速度。
5、监控批量站点数据，输出效果分析与优化报告。
6、处理降权、掉收录、排名波动等异常，做好备份与切换，保障流量盘稳定。
7、跟踪百度算法动态，前置评估影响并调整方案。
岗位要求
1、3 年以上百度 SEO 经验，必须有独立操作泛站的完整案例，可展示收录与流量数据。
2、熟悉泛解析原理与配置，掌握主流站群程序或自研系统，会评估老域名，了解服务器与 IP 分散部署。
3、懂站点架构、robots、sitemap、加载速度与移动端适配；熟悉 HTML、PHP，能改模板、排故障。
4、熟练使用 5118、爱站、百度统计、百度站长平台，能处理成百上千站点的批量数据。
5、会 Python 或 Shell，能自己写批量建站、采集、监控类工具。
6、细致、数据敏感、有风险意识，结果导向。
