Job Summary The IT Marketing Engineer will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies, optimizing online presence, and leveraging technical expertise to promote IT services and solutions. This role requires a blend of marketing acumen and IT knowledge to effectively communicate complex solutions to technical and non-technical audiences.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to generate leads and increase brand awareness
  • Manage and optimize SEO, SEM, and social media strategies to enhance online visibility.
  • Create compelling content, blogs, whitepapers, and case studies to showcase CIT’s expertise.
  • Design and implement email marketing campaigns, landing pages, and automation workflows.
  • Collaborate with the IT and sales teams to develop technical marketing materials and presentations.
  • Analyze and report on marketing performance metrics, making data-driven improvements.
  • Stay updated on emerging marketing technologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Manage CIT’s website, online reputation, and brand consistency across digital platforms
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, technical marketing, or IT-related marketing roles.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, Google Analytics, and social media advertising.
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS), marketing automation tools, and CRM platforms.
  • Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and visual content creation skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in A/B testing and conversion optimization.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into compelling marketing messages


Preferred Qualifications

  • Certifications in Google Ads, HubSpot, or Digital Marketing.
  • Experience in marketing IT solutions, cloud services, or SaaS products.
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or Figma).
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic web development principles
