Description
- Customer service: Greet customers, answer questions, and offer assistance
- Product knowledge: Demonstrate product features, benefits, and pricing
- Sales: Promote products, encourage sales, and achieve sales targets
- Inventory: Monitor stock levels, ensure products are displayed properly, and organize the stockroom
- Reporting: Submit reports on sales, inventory, and other store concerns
- Store maintenance: Ensure the store is clean and neatly arranged
- With sales experience and Willing to learn how to assemble furniture
Requirements
- Education: High school graduate (minimum), Senior High School graduate, or some college level experience.
- Experience: Previous sales or retail experience is often preferred, but some positions are open to candidates with no experience.
- Skills: Excellent communication (both verbal and written), interpersonal, and customer service skills are essential.
- Personal Attributes: A friendly, approachable, and sales-driven personality is important.
