岗位职责
1. 负责公司 AI 能力的落地推进，找到业务场景与 AI 技术的结合点，推动产品和研发流程的 AI 化改造
2. 梳理现有业务流程，识别可被 AI 提效的环节，制定落地方案并跟进执行
3. 利用AI进行精准的Code Review
4. 跟进主流 AI 技术和工具的发展（大模型、Agent、skill、Claude Code、OpenClaw 等），评估其在业务中的适用性
5. 协同产品、研发、业务团队，推动 AI 项目从 POC 到实际落地
6. 沉淀 AI 落地方法论和最佳实践，建立可复用的能力和流程
任职要求
1. 5 年以上互联网产品或技术相关经验，有实际推动 AI 项目落地的经历
2. 熟悉当前主流 AI 技术能力和边界，能判断"什么能做、什么值得做"
3. 有较强的业务理解能力，能快速理解不同业务场景并提出可行方案
4. 跨团队沟通协调能力强，能推动事情往前走
5. 自驱力强，对 AI 领域有热情，持续关注行业动态
