1、負責UGC和社區/論壇產品方向的整體規劃與設計，定義產品形態與功能路徑；
2、深入研究用戶內容創作、互動、消費等行為，設計激勵機制和內容流轉模型；
3、結合業務需求與用戶反饋，持續迭代優化產品體驗，包括發帖、評論、話題、舉報、推薦等模塊；
4、協同運營、內容、安全等團隊，制定內容生態策略，推動用戶活躍與內容質量提升；
5、跟蹤產品數據，建立關鍵指標體系，基於數據分析推動產品迭代；
6、關注行業趨勢，持續研究主流社區平台（如小紅書、知乎、豆瓣、贴吧等）並輸出洞察和策略建議。
