1. Identify pain points and needs of end-users through user research, data analysis (such as user behavior tracking and NPS feedback), and competitive analysis.
2. Organize user journey planning to reduce operational steps and improve task completion rates.
3. Track industry trends (such as emerging technologies and changes in user habits), anticipate market opportunities, and propose product direction recommendations.
