Job Description
- Serve as the liaison between the company and franchisees.
- Monitor franchisee compliance with company policies and brand guidelines.
- Provide support and training to new and existing franchisees.
- Address franchisee concerns and resolve conflicts promptly.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and field visits.
- Work with internal departments (marketing, finance, operations) to support franchisees.
- Assist in onboarding and opening of new franchise locations.
